Built in

What comes as standard.

Lever feed
A single lever drives the loaf through the blades. The operator controls the pace, which matters with soft or warm bread that a gravity feed would crush.
Modular type pusher
The pusher assembly can be customised to suit your loaf profile and the operator action you prefer.
Crumb collecting drawer
A pull-out drawer under the blade area. Empty it at the end of a shift instead of stripping the machine down.
Slice thickness
Set by the blade comb at manufacture, anywhere in the 9–13 mm range. Specify when you order — it cannot be changed afterwards without a new comb.
Body options
MS powder coated or full stainless steel.
In motion

One pull, one loaf.

No timing, no feed rate to get wrong, nothing to jam. It is the reason this machine outsells our table-top unit in bakeries that slice all day.
