Slice thickness is fixed by the blade comb at manufacture. Specify at order — it cannot be changed afterwards without a new comb.

Continuous conveyor feed
Loaves are loaded onto a moving belt and fed through without the operator handling each one. One person can keep the machine running and bag at the same time.
Dedicated control panel
Start, stop and emergency stop grouped on a front panel at working height, so nobody reaches across the feed to shut it down.
Crumb collecting drawer
Full-width drawer under the blade area. At this volume it matters — empty it between production runs.
Slice thickness
Fixed by the blade comb at manufacture, anywhere in the 9–13 mm range. Specify at order.
