Build variants
Two specifications.
Same SS304 build throughout, inside and out — what changes is how much control you want over the bake.
Supreme
Touch-screen HMI control, with baking programs stored and recalled by name. Exterior and heating chamber in SS304.
Supreme Analog
The same SS304 build, with straightforward analog dial controls in place of the touch screen. Nothing to configure.
Optional extras
Steaming system and extractor hood.
Deck count and stand
Specify the number of decks at order. Stands are available in stainless or mild steel.
