Rackbak & Rotomat.
A whole trolley of trays rolls in at once and turns through the bake. Nobody is loading a hot deck peel by peel, which is what makes continuous bread production possible with the staff you actually have. Two heat sources, one format — Rackbak burns diesel or gas, Rotomat runs fully electric.
Sized by bread, not just tray count.
Four sizes, each rated by how many 400 g loaves the trolley holds per bake.
| Model | Bread capacity (400 g) | Tray size (mm) | Tray size (in) | Electric power (kW) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rackbak 80 | 80 breads | 450 × 450 | 17.71 × 17.71 | 2 |
| Rackbak 120 | 120 breads | 450 × 450 | 17.71 × 17.71 | 2 |
| Rackbak 162 | 162 breads | 600 × 800 | 23.62 × 23.62 | 3 |
| Rackbak 192 | 192 breads | 600 × 800 | 23.62 × 23.62 | 3 |
Fuel: oil (diesel) or gas. Electric power shown is for controls and rotation, at 415 V AC, 3 phase.

Bread count is the machine size.
The trolley is what you are really buying capacity in. It loads at the bench at working height, wheels straight into the chamber on a centre-locking fitting, and comes out as one unit to cool.

The same trolley, no burner.
Rotomat runs the identical trolley-rotary format as Rackbak, with fully electric heaters in place of the diesel or gas burner — the right choice where floor plan or ventilation rules out a flue, and Rackbak’s fuel-fired output is not needed.

Shelf count and gap follow the product.
Choose from four trolley configurations with different shelf counts and gaps between them, so a tall product and a flat one are not fighting for the same shelf spacing.
